Certified Business Etiquette and International Protocol Consultant, Melissa Leonard has worked with Fortune 100 Companies as well as private clients. In addition to holding a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business, Melissa received her business etiquette training and certification from the Protocol School of Washington.Melissa's broad experience in varied industries has exposed her to the ever increasing high demands of today’s business executives. She has used this as a foundation to develop programs designed to build effective interpersonal skills that are critical to the successful individual.
Most recently, Melissa's efforts have focused on raising her two young children. Realizing the challenge and importance of instilling certain high standards and values in children, she has combined her experience teaching those in business with her experience as a mother. This has allowed her to expand her program, now including specifically tailored courses to give children the confidence to handle themselves in social situations. Melissa currently resides in lower Westchester County with her husband and two children.
